Environmental Planner, Ipswich River Watershed Association. Patrick supports municipalities and partner nonprofits in integrating climate resiliency and land use across the North Shore. He holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, where he was a Louis Bacon Environmental Leadership Fellow. Patrick lives in his hometown of Reading, a Headwaters Community.
